Shipping policy

In stock items will be processed within six business days of receiving your order.  For made to order pieces, please refer to the product page for expected wait times.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We're so excited to get your pieces to you quickly and safely!  In the US we ship insured via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $15.  

For pieces over $1,000, insured USPS Priority Mail shipping with signature verification is included,  for added piece of mind.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, U.S. Outlying Islands, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Mexico

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DeForrest Fine is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at deforrestfine@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do accept returns with a few restrictions. As a small business, we hope you will understand.

If your piece is eligible for return, the return must be initiated within ten days of receipt and must be unworn and in pristine condition.

At this time, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Any rings that have been sized.
  • Custom orders.
  • Made to order pieces.
  • Sale items.

We also do not offer refunds on down payments for layaway items.
